On-site Sewae-e Disposal Svstems Inspectron Inc. will provide On-site Sewage Disposal System review and inspections with its staff of MPCA. certified inspectors. This would include review of new system designs, inspection of new and replacement installations and compliance inspections as necessary. All system installations will be documented with a record as built form. Zonine- Enforcement Scope of Services At the request of the City, Inspectron Inc. will also enforce junk and other public nuisance complaints through thorough investigation, notification and assistance to the City Attorney with prosecution as necessary. Inspectron will work with the City to establish a policy and procedure for fair and consistent nuisance enforcement that will include written inspection reports. Violation citations will be issued for all non- responsive, uncooperative violators. Inspectron will inspect suspected non-compliant properties for compliance with all applicable codes at the direction of the City. Upon direction of the City, Inspectron will assist in enforcement of the City Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan Terms Inspectron will have personnel available as needed 5 days per week to cover the building inspection services outlined in the Building Inspection Scope of Services. This schedule will be adjusted as necessary to meet the needs of the City. Inspectron, Inc. will provide the services listed in the Building Inspection Scope of Work at the hourly rate of$65.00/per hour. Services will be billed to the City on a monthly basis. Inspectron, Inc. will provide the services listed in the Onsite Sewage Disposal Systems Scope of Work at the hourly rate of$65.00/per hour. Services will be billed to the City on a monthly basis. Inspectron, Inc. will provide the services listed in the Zoning Enforcement Scope of Services at the hourly rate of $65.00/per hour and will be added to the monthly invoice. Reviewing the plans for compliance with the Zoning Ordinance and field verification of setbacks will be included in the building plan review and inspections atno extra charge to the City. Inspectron, Inc. will provide Rental Inspections as outlined in the rental Housing Scope of Service when requested by the City. These services will be billed at $65.00per hour and will be added to the monthly invoice. Any work performed at the request of the City outside of the Building Inspection Scope of Services will be billed at $65.00 per hour and will be added to the monthly invoice.
