We <br />have the capabilities to perform site plan reviews, plat reviews and other zoning reviews. <br /> <br />The second facet is temporary staffing. We provide building inspectors to jurisdictions with <br />staffing needs resulting from vacations, illness or staff turnover. Our services as interim <br />Building Official and Building Official mentoring have set us apart from other firms. The <br />State Building Codes and Standards Division has recommended Inspectron, Inc. to several <br />jurisdictions requiring this service. <br /> <br />The third facet is Rental Housing Inspection. We can manage the entire rental inspection <br />process starting with a kick off meeting with rental property owners including sending <br />inspection notification letters, scheduling and performing inspections, documenting <br />corrections and issuing rental licenses. Our software automates the entire rental inspection <br />process and generates status reports. <br /> <br />The fourth facet of our business is on-site Sewage Treatment System review, inspection and <br />approval. We currently have three MPCA fully certified and licensed inspectors. <br /> <br />Our office is fully integrated, using a local area network. Each inspector utilizes the full <br />Microsoft Office Suite for word, processing, electronic spreadsheets and scheduling work <br />assignments, meetings and tasks. Remote access allows the individual inspector to monitor <br />and edit their schedule as well as send and receive email messages off site. Weare able to <br />load a jurisdiction's property data into our permit issuance and tracking software thereby <br />fully automating the permit process for that jurisdiction for efficient and effective account <br />management. Our office is staffed with an office assistant and office manager. Our office <br />assistant is responsible for data processing, inspection scheduling, permit processing and <br />record retention. Our office manager is also our financial officer, managing all account <br />billings, receivables and report generation. She manages the company 1.S. implementing <br />software and integrating client's property data into our permit and inspection software. <br /> <br />Inspectron utilizes "Permit Works" software to generate all permits and inspection records. <br />All inspections required for a specific permit are recorded, maintained and tracked in the <br />software system. The results of the inspection, date and time it was performed and the name <br />of the inspector performing the inspection are all recorded. We can generate reports that <br />show the inspection status for a specific project, the total number of inspection performed <br />for any specified time or inspector and the percentage of inspections that pass or fail. Permit <br />activity reports are provided with each monthly billing to keep the client informed. Three- <br />part (NCR) Inspection Reports are used for field documentation of the inspections <br />performed. One copy is left on site informing the permit holder of the corrective action <br />necessary, if any to pass the inspection <br /> <br />The software also allows for tracking and reporting permit activity. The name and address <br />of the property owner, property 1.D. number, description of the project, valuation of the <br />project and fees associated with the permit are all recorded. The software is used to <br />accurately report permit activity levels to the City in a timely manner. <br /> <br />3 <br />
