EXHIBIT A <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />7550 SUNWOOD DRIVE NW <br />RAMSEY, MINNESOTA 55303 <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ISSUANCE OF REVENYJE BONDS <br />UNDER MINNESOTA STATUTES, SECTIONS 469.152 TO 469.165, <br />ON BEHALF OF ALLINA HEALTH SYSTEM <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing shall be conducted by the <br />City Council of the City of Ramsey, Minnesota (the "City"), at the City Hall, 7550 Sunwood <br />Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota, on October 13, 2009, at 7:00 p.m., on a proposal that the City of <br />Minneapolis and the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of St. Paul, acting <br />jointly, issue revenue bonds (the."Revenue Bonds") on behalf of Allina Health System, a <br />Minnesota nonprofit corporation (the "Corporation"), in one or more series, pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.152 to 469.165, in an amount not to exceed approximately <br />$300,000,000. A portion of the proceeds of the proposed Revenue Bonds will be used to finance <br />the acquisition, construction and equipping of a new clinic (the "Clinic") to be located at <br />in the City (the "Project"). The Clinic will be operated by <br />Allina Medical Clinic, awholly-owned subsidiary of the Corporation. The maximum aggregate <br />principal amount of the proposed Revenue Bonds to finance the Project is $8,200,000.
