He explained that the City co e <br />allows for a maximum {~tthree dogs per parcel; and that four or more dogs would require a CUP. <br />He advised that staffcommends the Commission allow for a limit of five dogs on the property, <br />as Mrs. Topero works at a veterinary clinic and occasionally brings home dogs for that reason. <br />Citizen Input <br />Jaime Topero, 8630 10~' Avenue South, Bloomington, stated that she is a veterinary technician in <br />St. Louis Park. She explained that this property has an existing fence that she and her husband <br />plan to extend. She advised that the reason they had chosen Ramsey for their possible home is to <br />
