Associate Planner Gladhill explained that the findings of fact noted that the limitation would be placed on the number and discouraged the Commission from limiting based on the breed. He advised that if the Commission felt it necessary they could limit the poundage of the dogs. Commissioner Brauer reviewed the will and will not conditions and suggested adding language for one additional dog or cat to be housed temporarily on the property.
