3. A list of and a detailed resume for each professional person proposed to have a <br />significant role in this project (including personnel of additional consulting firms), <br />which includes experience or expertise that qualifies the person for this project. <br />4. Describe your firm's intended relationship with City staff, including the level of <br />assistance anticipated for completion of the proposed necessary tasks. Also, <br />describe your intended relationship with local governmental officials, local plan <br />commission and interested groups/citizens. <br />5. Describe how public participation will be incorporated into the process, both <br />formally and informally, including surveys and open houses. <br />6. Provide a description of how you will produce the products requested in this RFP. <br />This must include the methods used and quality control/quality assurance <br />procedures that will be observed. <br />7. Describe the degree to which your firm can commence work quickly and be <br />completed on schedule. <br />CONTENT OF PROPOSAL <br />The proposal shall include a detailed work plan that also provides the consultant's <br />understanding of the project and the proposed scope of services. This shall include, but is <br />not limited to: <br />(Economy of words and paper will be appreciated. This proposal is not a public relations <br />document. All information provided shall relate directly to this project.) <br />Cover Letter and introduction; including the name of the firm, .the name and <br />telephone number(s) of the person(s) andlor project manager authorized to <br />represent the company and discuss all matters related to the proposal, and be the <br />on-going point of contact for the project. <br />2. Proposers should present their understanding of the requirements of the project <br />and present a description of the work to be accomplished, including a proposed <br />timeline of deliverables and a completed master plan (Gantt chart). <br />3. List of current. clients; including names, addresses, .and telephone numbers of <br />contact persons. Additionally, provide information on the firm's present <br />workload/commitments that may affect your ability to effectively perform over <br />the course of this project. <br />4. List of references from at least three public sector clients with a similar urban <br />park design scope that have been constructed in Minnesota. The consultant <br />should specify its role in each of these projects. <br />5. A fee schedule identifying specific rates for services and meeting attendance. The <br />proposal shall contain a "not to exceed" cost of the project. Budget information <br />should be provided in a line-item format that includes direct labor (itemized by <br />hourly direct salaries and estimated hours), overhead (as a percent of direct <br />salaries), and other direct costs (including travel, lodging, meals, sub-contracting, <br />printing, etc.). Please provide a summary tabulation as well as estimated costs per <br />task or activity. <br />
