6.04.07 Test Driving. Recreational vehicles may be `,`test driven" within the <br />designated use area as follows: <br />a. Test drives shall only take place in an area .clearly posted with signs <br />designating the area as a test site. <br />b. Drivers shall wear helmet with a clearly visible orange stripe. <br />6.04.08 Map. A map showing the boundaries of the Designated Use and Non-Use <br />Areas shall be on display at the City Hall and the Police Department for public viewing, <br />during normal business hours. <br />6.04.09 Misdemeanor. Whoever violates any provision of this Section 6.04 shall <br />be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by 90 days in jail and/or a fine of $700. <br />
