We appreciate the opportunity to share our ideas with you. <br />We believe that our current work on the Ramsey Town Center Re-Visioning, our understanding of the project and the <br />relationships we have already built with elected officials, community members and staff makes us the ideal candidate to I <br />complete this park project. Choosing Landform will streamline the process and result in greater efficiencies. <br /> <br />Landform is not your typical engineering or architectural consulting company. We are an interdisciplinary site design <br />firm, with a studio-based, client-centered practice. Our professional staff includes landscape architects, planners, urban <br />designers, civil engineers, land surveyors and water resources professionals. The members of each studio specialize in your <br />market and needs and understand your specific site and issues specific to this project. <br /> <br />For the City of Ramsey and East Meandering Commons Park, this means a well integrated design plan that begins with <br />a team experienced in leading public processes to gather meaningful and significant input -- input that is crucial to <br />creating the foundation for a great park. Our team has demonstrated success in keeping projects moving forward while <br />maintaining a high level of stakeholder and community involvement. Our Planning & Urban Design Studio specializes in community-based <br />projects for public, not-for-profit and private-sector clients. Our project approach is process-oriented, so we understand <br />how to involve a variety of stakeholders in the municipal planning and design process.
