<br /> <br />The City of Mendota Heights <br />sought a unique Town Center to <br />provide a civic place for citizens <br />of Mendota Heights to gather <br />together. This master plan <br />realized their vision. <br /> <br />The Village is a mix of retail, <br />office and residential uses <br />centered around the new Town <br />Square. Parking tucked under <br />the buildings serves 95,000 <br />sq. ft. of mixed, commercial <br />space with front-door customer <br />parking for Main Street retail. <br />Sixty senior apartments anchor <br />the north end of the square, <br />and trails connect to Village <br />rowhomes and condominiums. <br /> <br />Landform lead the planning and <br />approvals process, developed <br />Master Plan & Design Guidelines, <br />and provided civil engineering for <br />streets, ponds and build-out. <br /> <br />Recipient of Livable Communities <br />Opportunity Grant (1999) and <br />Development Grants (2002, 2003) <br /> <br />2004 Master Plan Completion <br /> <br />LandformS" is a service mark of Landform <br />Engineering Company. <br /> <br />Master Plan for <br />The Village at <br />Mendota Heights <br />Minnesota <br /> <br />for City of Mendota Heights <br />and RMF Entities LLC <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Recipient of the <br />Best Mixed-Use <br />Project STARRTM <br />Award (2006) <br />by Minnesota <br />Shopping Center <br />Association <br />(MSCA). <br />
