<br /> <br />The City of Mendota Heights <br />sought a unique Town Center to <br />provide a civic place for citizens <br />of Mendota Heights to gather <br />together. This master plan <br />realized their vision. <br /> <br />The Village is a mix of retail, <br />office and residential uses <br />centered around the new Town <br />Square.
