For well over two decades H KGi has worked with communities to define and realize their visions. We look forward to
working with Ramsey on this interesting and important park within the Ramsey Town Center.

HKGi's roots in community planning provide a unique foundation for our holistic design approach that integrates natural function with
the civic experience. We pay particular attention to the interactions between public and private lands, arrival and movement through the
landscape, and evolution of spaces over time. We organize the design process to not only determine program and design but to function
as a vehicle for determining events programming, operational strategies, and maintenance demands.

Parks designed by HKGi such as the Lost Lake Greenway in downtown Mound, River's Edge Commons in downtown Elk River and Rambling
River Park in downtown Farmington are examples of HKGi's attention to detail that has become a hallmark of our work.

To meet the spectrum of needs for the project, HKGi has teamed with MSA Professional Services, a well-recognized firm in the upper
Midwest with tremendous experience civil engineering parks, trails, and recreational facilities. MSA and HKGi are currently collaborating
on several distinguished projects in the region.

Thank you for the opportunity to submit this proposal. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Sincerely,
Hoisington Koegler Group Inc.

....

~~

Bruce L.
