The project is <br />now looking at building a new facility on land located in Ramsey. Staff has prepared a <br />site map and will be meeting with Mr. Bul~sk to discuss the potential sites further. <br /> <br />JBT & QDP Alliance, LLC. - Construction is projected to commence in October. <br /> <br />Business Grand Openin2;s: None scheduled but should keep Acapulco and JBT & QDP <br />Alliance on watch. <br /> <br />Business Communication Initiatives: Business Network Meeting will be held on October 6th, <br />at 7 AM in the Alexander Ramsey Room. <br /> <br />Community Revitalization Proiects <br /> <br />5175 142nd Avenue NW: Staff is continuing to market this property. <br /> <br />14050 Basalt Street: Staff is continuing to market this property. <br /> <br />6590 141st Avenue: Staff is continuing to market this property. <br /> <br />14105 Azurite Street: Tag Machine project is complete and they are now occupying the building. <br /> <br />. Miscellaneous <br /> <br />Town Center: Two sites were submitted by the City of Ramsey for the VA outpatient clinic. <br /> <br />Hwy 47/167th Commercial Node: TIF Analysis is underway. LHB has inspected the <br />buildings in the project area and will be submitting a TIF report shortly. <br /> <br />Business Expo: Need to set up a date and Jocation for next year. <br /> <br />Steering Committee Update: Kristine Williams will provide an update on the Steering <br />Committee. <br /> <br />17 <br />
