<br />.)i' <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />1111111\\1\1111111111111111111111111\\\1\ 1111 <br />Record 10 2229341 <br /> <br />Councilmember Look introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #09-06-131 <br /> <br />A RESOLU'fIONAPPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />TO COMPLETE MOTOR SPORTS, TO ALLOW INDOOR RETAIL SALES OF <br />MOTOR VEHICLES IN THE E-1 EMPLOYMENT DISTRICT AND DECLARING <br />TERMS OF SAME: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Complete Motor Sports, hereinafter referred to as the "Permittee", has <br />properly applied for a Conditional Use Permit to conduct indoor retail sales of motor vehicles on <br />the property legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The north 70 feet of Lot 1, Block 1, Business Park 95 Seventh Addition, (as measured <br />at right angles from & parallel with north line of said lot and its westerly extension) <br />subject to easement of record, Anoka County, Minnesota ;2L/ -c:o\9 <br /> <br />And <br /> <br />.~- -'2- as'. a\ -c::Dd a-.. <br />5)- ~ . <br />Lot 2, Block 1, Business Park 95 Seventh Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />("Subject Property") <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on June 4, 2009, conducted the <br />public hearing and recommended City Council approval of the request. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />This Permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.05 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of <br />this Permit are as follows: <br /> <br />1. That this Permit only allows for indoor sales and display of motor vehicles and accessories <br />and does not allow for motor vehicle repairs or service. <br /> <br />2. That the Permittee shall be responsible for all necessary permits, including the Dealer License <br />Certificate, Motor Vehicle Sales License, and other applicable permits should any building <br />modifications be necessary, any signage be added to the site, or should any hazardous <br />materials be stored on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />3. That this Permit shall be perpetual in duration as long as the terms are herein complied with. <br /> <br /> <br />4.
