Ms. Nelson asked Mr. Lazan to change the contact information on the front from her name to Mr. Ulrich's name. Commissioner McGlone asked if we have looked at any marketing the veterans do themselves to find out what is truly important to them. Mr. Lazan stated he reviewed the V A website. They are not strong on marketing but there are pieces he pulled out and they are in the proposal. Sustainability - we are still looking for some sort of a statement to weave into our proposal. Commissioner McGlone asked what about talking about the Town Center being very handicap accessible. Ms. Nelson stated that we are willing to work on the at-grade issues. We are recognizing that in our proposal. Commissioner Ramsey asked if on the cover page - can we shift to the left and expand the picture of City Hall with the Police Station attached - put a train on the tracks and show a station. Mr. Lazan stated that was a good idea. Commissioner McGlone felt that the cover didn't seem "dressy" enough. Ms. Nelson asked are we driving them if we put that on the cover. They kind of have their protocol set. How do we make this feel comfortable for them. Commissioner McGlone suggested maybe putting the whole Town Center on the front. Mr. Lazan stated we could swap out the square and put one in with more push. Commissioner Wise stated maybe both examples A and B so we are not tying them to one idea. Mr. Lazan offered to "play" with this and incorporate these ideas. Mr. Ulrich presented a resolution supporting the Veteran's Clinic to be located in the Ramsey Town Center and asked that the HRA adopt it. Motion by Commissioner Ramsey and seconded by Commissioner Look to adopt HRA Resolution #09-09-212 in support of a Veterans Clinic in the Ramsey Town Center Development. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Dehen, Commissioners Ramsey, Look, McGlone, and Wise. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Elvig and Jeffrey.
