The attached hourly contract <br />covers tasks currently needed to maintain progress on the project until the final contract can me put <br />in place. This is an "as-directed" hourly contract with an estimate of approximately $15,000 monthly <br />in fees. It can be terminated at any time by either party, with work completed to be billed through the <br />date on notice of termination.
