Mayor Ramsey introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 09-10-244 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF TRACT A REGISTERED LAND SURVEY NO. 251, Anoka County, Minnesota. WHEREAS, on August 25,2009 the City Council approved its Resolution No. 09-08-186 which resolution authorized the sale of a part of Lot 3, Block 1, SUNFISH LAKE BUSINESS PARK THIRD ADDITION to QDP & JBT ALLIANCE, LLC (the "Sale Property"); and WHEREAS, the Sale Property to be sold was described by metes and bounds description; and WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of Resolution 09-08-186 the City has caused the said Lot 3, Block 1 to be platted as a Registered Land Survey which Registered Land Survey has been recorded with the Anoka County Recorder's Office as "REGISTERED LAND SURVEY NO. 251";ai1d WHEREAS, the legal description of the Sale Property is now Tract A, REGISTERED LAND SURVEY NO. 251, Anoka County, Minnesota. NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota as follows: That Tract A, REGISTERED LAND SURVEY NO. 251 may be sold pursuant to the terms and conditions of the TIF Agreement as originally approved in the Council's Resolution No. 09-08- 186 and that the City's Mayor and City Administrator are authorized to execute the necessary documents to convey said title. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Elvig and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Ramsey Councilmember Elvig Councilmember Look Councilmember McGlone Councilmember Wise and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: Councilmember Jeffrey Councilmember Dehen
