<br />CASE # ;;Z <br /> <br />DISCUSS CONTRACTORlDEVELOPER TEAMS FOR VETERANS AFFAIRS (VA) <br />COMMUNITY BASED OUTPATIENT CLINIC (CBOC) <br />By: Kurtis G. Ulrich, City Administrator <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br /> <br />At the October 6, 2009 HRA meeting, the Commission had the opportunity to meet with four <br />contractor/developer teams interested in partnering with the City on the V A project solicitation <br />for Town Center. In preparation for the next phase of the federal solicitation for a new VA <br />. Community Based Outpatient Clinic in the north metro, the City would be partnering with a team <br />to prepare the SFO. <br /> <br />At this time, the City's site proposal is under consideration by the Veteran's Administration. <br />This item has been placed on the agenda to allow the City to act quickly if notification is <br />received from the V A and also allows an opportunity to review additional information regarding <br />proposed contractors/development teams. <br /> <br />BRA ACTION: <br /> <br />Based on Discussion <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />1//'cQ <br />/~ <br /> <br />Reviewed by: <br /> <br />BRA: 10/27/09 <br /> <br />Attachments: <br />none <br />
