These documents are as follows: <br />1- East Meandering Commons <br />2- East .Meandering Commons Amphitheater /Pedestrian Bridges <br />3- Ramsey Town Center. 12th Addition <br />Per our discussion, the City is not willing to pay 30% the original cost of the documents. After internal discussion, URS agrees to <br />comply with your request to sell the above documents at 10% the original cost. I will draft the contract agreement between URS and <br />the City of Ramsey for this transaction. Once the contract has been signed by both parties, I will submit an invoice to the City in the <br />amount of $22,810.00. . <br />Since we are complying with your request,.we request the opportunity to contract with the City on.future Requests for Proposal, In <br />regards to the above transaction and our discussion, if the City is authorized to proceed with the design or development associated <br />with the above documents, we request that the City take URS and Close Landscape Architects under a contractual arrangement to <br />make any necessary revisions to the documents, These contractual terms can be written into the above contract agreement between <br />URS and the City of Ramsey. <br />Lastly, I am gathering the electronic version of the Survey Blue Map drawing and will email to your attention within a couple days. <br />This document will be given to the City at no cost. <br />Thank you for your time and effort in this matter, We look forward to working with the City to create a successful development, <br />Regards, <br />Kevin <br />Kevin G.
