November 24 Contract authorized by City Council <br />November 30 Project assessment and design work commences <br />By January 1, 2010 Existing staff /departments relocated out of remodel area <br />After January 1, 2010 Remodel work commences, with completion to allow a July 1, <br />2010 occupancy for Anoka County License Center operations. <br />Site Visit: <br />One site visit will be provided to all interested companies on Wednesday, November 4, 2009 at <br />2:00 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, MN 55303. <br />RFP Response: <br />1. Please provide your company name, address, primary representative and contact <br />information. If you will be partnering with other firms to provide these services, please <br />list each with a brief description of the scope of work each would be responsible for. <br />2. Please provide a brief company background and relevant project experience in the past <br />three (3) years. Please provide three (3) example projects and contact name /number for <br />each. If multiple companies are involved in the response, please provide the information <br />for each company involved, <br />3. Please describe your project approach, detailing how you would coordinate design of the <br />space with both city and county representatives. <br />4. Please provide an estimate for your total fee for project management, estimating, and <br />architectural services. <br />5.
