All agreed. <br />2, Interest in Ralph's Gun & Pawn Building <br />Councilmember McGlone stated he spoke with someone who is interested in renting the former <br />Ralph's Gun & Pawn building. The person knows the demolition of the building has been <br />approved. Staff has talked to him about the old Holiday StationStore property but he feels <br />Ralph's would be better. He wants to rent it for the tax value only. <br />Mayor Ramsey asked if the person is willing to improve the property — it would have to look <br />better than it does now. He suggested having this person meet with staff this week and staff can <br />bring it forward to Council. He added he is not opposed to listening but the lot would have to be <br />brought up to Code. He asked that staff meet with the person and convey Council's requests. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion by Councilmember Jeffrey and seconded by Councilmember Dehen to adjourn the <br />meeting. <br />Motion carried.
