A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE-OF A HOME OCCUPATION PERMIT TO OPERATE A CONCRETE AND MASONRY CONTRACTING SERVICE ON THE . PROPERTY LOCATED AT 15740 AZURITE CT NW BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT - #------,- AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #09-11-_ adopting Findings of Fact # _ for this use and herein approves the home occupation permit. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY QF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: On August 25, 2009 a home occupation permit ("Permit") was issued by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Curtis A. Kriens ("Permitee") to operate a concrete and masonry contracting service in a dwelling unit and '~ccessory strUcture located on the property generally known as 15740 Azurite Ct NW and legally described as follows: Lot 4, Block 4, Nature View Addition, subject to easement of record, Anoka County, Minnesota. (the -"Subject Property") This permit isissued pursuant to Section, 9.03.05 and 9.11.04 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this permit are as follows: 1. / . That this resolution shall allow for a concrete and masonry contracting servicy in a dwelling unit and accessory structure (the "Home Occupation") to operate on the Subject Property . 2. That the Permittee is allowed three (3) non-resident employees unless otherwise permitted by City Code. Notification must be given to the City if the Permittee will utilize non-resident employees. 3. That the established business hours are six days a week 6:00am -7:00pm. 4. That the number of vehicular traffic trips per day cannot exceed two trips per hour per standard eight (8) hour business day or sixteen (16) vehicle trips per twenty-four' (24) hour period and vehicular traffic trips include deliveries, customer, 'sub-contractor and employee trips. 28
