<br />of this size are allowed three (3) non-resident employees, pending approval of a home occupation permit. <br />The Applicant is not proposing any non-resident employees. Sub-contractors are used and do not travel <br />to the Subject Property. It is Staff's opinion that the business qiodel of the home occupation should be <br />amended to eliminate, or at least reduce, the amount of outside storage. Certainly, current practices of <br />excavation, filling, and burning of. materials related to the Home Occupation shall be terminated <br />regardless. The Applicant is proposing two (2) vehicle trips per day, within City Code standards. <br />Customers would not be on-site. The home occupation would occur between the hours of 6:00am and <br />7:00pm, five (5) to six (6) days a wee~.
