<br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a regular meeting on Thursday, September 3, <br />2009, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Chairperson Gary Levine <br />Commissioner Ralph Brauer <br />Commissioner Teresa Cleveland <br />Commissioner Andrew Dunaway . <br />Commissioner Ralph Hunt <br />Commissioner Bryan Rogers <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Commissioner Gary VanScoy <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Planning Manager Amber Miller <br />Associate Planner Tim Gladhill <br />City Engineer Tim Himmer <br />Environmental Coordinator Chris Anderson <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairperson Levine called the regular meeting to order at 7:15 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Associate Planner Gladhill reported that case number one, (Public Hearing - Request for a <br />Conditional Use Permit to Exceed the Total Amount of Accessory Structure Square <br />Footage 7833 fS9th Lane NW; Case of Robert Teigen), had been withdrawn by the applicant. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Dunaway, seconded by Commissioner Hunt, to approve the agenda as <br />amended. <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Levine, Commissioners Dunaway, Hunt, Brauer, <br />Cleveland, and Rogers. Voting No: None.
