<br />CCASE# IS <br /> <br />REPORT FROM PUBLIC WORKS <br />By: Public Works Staff <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The Public Works Committee met on Tuesday, October 20, 2009 and discussed the following <br />seven cases: <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion to approve the agenda as submitted. <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Request for Authorization for City Staff to Distribute Memo Related to <br />Bunker Lake Boulevard Intersection Improvements and Summerset <br />Meadows Addition; Case of Citizens State Bank of Hudson <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The Applicant is proposing to convey 16pOO square feet of right of way and 1 ~OO square feet of <br />temporary easement for an Anoka County Highway Improvement Project at the intersection of <br />Armstrong Blvd and Bunker Lake Blvd scheduled for 2010. <br /> <br />The applicant is requesting a memo be sent summarizing the project and its impacts to the <br />Summerset Meadows subdivision and associated EA W. <br /> <br />Motion to bring forward a recommendation to forward to City Council authorizing staff to <br />distribute memo to Citizen State Bank of Hudson. <br /> <br />Action: <br /> <br />Ratify the recommendation of the Public Works Committee. <br /> <br />Case #2 <br /> <br />Request for Proposals for Cul-de-Sac Snow Plowing <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />This is being presented as a separate case. <br /> <br />Action: <br />
