<br />Public Works Director Olson responded the request was only for Sunfish Lake and Ramsey at <br />this time. <br /> <br />Mayor Ramsey asked if the City could get Jarvis done without Elk River's cooperation. <br /> <br />Public Works Director Olson responded the City could not proceed without Elk River's <br />cooperation. <br /> <br />Councilmember Look stated the City might want to discuss this with Elk River prior to the V A <br />decision being made. <br /> <br />Public Works Director Olson responded he would contact Elk River. <br /> <br />City Administrator Ulrich recommended staff draft a Resolution both cities could adopt with <br />staff sitting down beforehand with Elk River to see if a mutual agreement could be reached. <br /> <br />Councilmember Look asked for further information on item number 7 regarding the Bunker <br />Lake Boulevard Reconstruction. <br /> <br />Public Works Director Olson noted the County would be at the work session on October 27 for <br />further discussion regarding this issue. <br /> <br />MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />The Work Session of the City Council was adjourned at 6:17 p.m. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />Kurtis G.
