<br />Presentation <br /> <br />Finance Officer Lund reviewed the staff report. <br /> <br />Citizen InDut <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Look, . seconded by Councilmember Wise, to close the public. <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. V oting Yes: Mayor Ramsey, Councilmembers Look, Wise, Elvig, and <br />McGlone. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmembers Dehen and Jeffrey. <br /> <br />The public hearing was closed at 7: 11 p.m. <br /> <br />Council Business <br /> <br />Mayor Ramsey called the regular City Council meeting back to order at 7: 11 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Ramsey, seconded by Councilmember Elvig, to adopt Resolution #09-10-243 <br />Approving the Issuance of Bonds by the City of Minneapolis and the Housing and <br />Redevelopment Authority of the City of St. Paul on behalf of Allina Health System Under <br />Minnesota Statutes, Section 469. 152 to 469.165. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey, Councilmembers Elvig, Look, McGlone, and <br />Wise. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmembers Dehen and Jeffrey. <br /> <br />Case #2: <br /> <br />Consider Memorandum of Understanding (MOD) with Anoka County <br />Related to City Project #08-27, 167th Avenue NW Realignment <br /> <br />Public Works Director Olson reviewed the staff report. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Wise, seconded by Councilmember Look, to accept and execute the <br />MOU from Anoka County. <br /> <br />Further discussion: Councilmember Look noted the memorandum did not discuss funding. He <br />asked if the County would be responsible for the costs. Public Works Director Olson responded <br />the City would be responsible for the costs if it were part of another project. He stated the <br />project would be state aid eligible if it was a City initiated project, but the County would be <br />responsible if it was a County initiated project. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Ramsey, Councilmembers Wise, Look, Elvig, and <br />McGlone. Voting No: None.
