PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Public Hearing to Consider authorization awarding the sale of $1,340,000 <br />General Obligation State Aid Road Bonds Series 2009A <br /> <br />Mayor Ramsey closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:04 p.m. in order to <br />conduct a public hearing. <br /> <br />Public Hearing <br /> <br />Mayor Ramsey called the public hearing to order at 7:04 p.m. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Finance Officer Lund reviewed the staff report. <br /> <br />Paul Donna, Northland Securities, summarized the Build America Bond. <br /> <br />Councilmember Elvig stated this' was a good opportunity to show that the City was solid, <br />healthy, and had a good bond rating. <br /> <br />Citizen Input <br /> <br />. There was none. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Dehen, seconded by Councilmember Elvig, to close the. public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
