Any other information the City may find necessary to accomplish the purpose of this Section Applications must be returned to the City Clerk within 30 days of receipt of the application. Applicants who do not return the required application within the required time period will be considered in violation of this Section and will be subject to prosecution in accordance with Subd. 6 below. Subd. 6. Issuance of Business License Upon completion of the following: (1) receipt of a complete Business License application, (2) City revIew of the license application and (3) verification that the business does comply with the City Code, Minnesota State Building and Fire Codes, the City will issue a Business License to the applicant. Subd. 7. Violation Upon discovery of a suspected violation, the alleged violator shall be issued, either personally or by mail, a citation that sets forth the alleged violation and which shall inform the violator of his or her right to be heard on the accusation. Any person who violates any of the provisions of this ordinance is guilty of a petty misdemeanor and upon conviction therefore shall be punished by a fine of up to the maximum allowed by MN State Statute. a. Continued Violation - Each violation, and every day in which a violation occurs or continues, shall constitute a separate offense. SECTION 3.
