Norman <br />Assistant City Administrator Heidi Nelson <br />Finance Officer Diana Lund <br />Director of Public Works/Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />Assistant Public Works Director Brian Olson <br />TrF Specialist Sean Sullivan <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the City Council work session to order at 6:33 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br /> <br />13 Fiscal Impact Study <br /> <br />Rusty F/field, Hoisington Koegler, presented the City with a Fiscal hnpact Analysis. He <br />explained that the analysis forecasts future development, builds an analytical relationship <br />between development and the General Fund, and projects the property tax rate for the General <br />Fund and debt. <br /> <br />City Administrator Non:nan noted that it was a preliminary review of the fiscal impact analysis <br />and changes will have to be made. ~ <br /> <br />Discussion ensued relating to the Town Center and its impact.
