Olson, Assistant Director of Public Works / Principal CiB, Engineer <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />On August 21, 2003, the City of Ramsey received the attached petition opposing <br />Improvement Project 02-21, ]. 51 st Avenue, 152nd Avenue NW and Flour/ne Street Sewer, <br />Water and Street Construction Project. This petition was signed by well over 50% of the <br />affected property owners. <br /> <br />I have attached a copy of the City Code and City Charter that outlines the PrOcedure for <br />petitioning against improvement projects.
