He ~rther advised the common ior line with the properqy to the west has no <br />distinguishable separation and it may be fairly common for users of the ICO propert2 to cut <br />across the property line and use the adjacent property's access to Highway 10. Once final <br />improvements are made to the site, a split rail fence or similar ~pe of attractive Lamer should be <br />put on the mest property line to discourage trespassing onto the adjacent property in Wdng to <br />access Highway 10.
