He indicated the <br />proper'fy itself is located on. the north side of Hi'gh-w, ay .10 at the Anoka-Ramsev border. <br /> " ..-?<:: ':':'"; '::? .... <br />Assistant Community. Development D~rector, .Trudgeon exr>~mnea the College has negotiated a <br />lease with an option to purchase the p~cel.'f?om Inter CJ~ Oil Company, Inc. He reiterated the applicant is <br />asking for an Interim ~se Pen-nit-flor t~hree:purpas.es; to use the existing land as an unimproved <br />parking.':l'ot, to have outdoor storage, and to use::a~ existing buildin~ for educational purposes. He ~rther advised the common ior line with the properqy to the west has no <br />distinguishable separation and it may be fairly common for users of the ICO propert2 to cut <br />across the property line and use the adjacent property's access to Highway 10. Once final <br />improvements are made to the site, a split rail fence or similar ~pe of attractive Lamer should be <br />put on the mest property line to discourage trespassing onto the adjacent property in Wdng to <br />access Highway 10.
