Y, ANOK_~_ COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />.,ms permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.0.~.0~.A of the Ramsey CiU Code. The Interim Use P~,~:mit is valid until September 1,2006 <br /> <br />x~ne existing access onto Hu?. l0 irom the Subject Propemy will be allowed to remain open <br />through the duration of the Interim Use Perm/r. As parr of the access closure and permanent improvements, <br />the Cie' will require a split-rail fence or similar mater~al be placed along the southern <br />bounda~ to discourage direct access omo Hwy. 10. in addition, the Ci~ will require similar <br />fencing or the insratiation of curb and g-after as parr of the permanent improvements along <br />the western edge of the property to discourage trespassing onto the abu'aing lot's access to <br />the west. <br /> <br />3) )my incidents on the subject prope~w.' that wi]] need public safeV se~wices (police and fire) <br /> will need to be routed to the City of Ramsey Police and Fire Depa~ments. <br /> <br />A si×-foot hig5 screenino_ ba~her must be constracted on ail four sides of the storage area. <br />The fence desi~ and marefiai are subject ro approval by the Cie' of Ramsey. <br /> <br />51) No more than l0 vehicles wii] be allowed ~o be stored within the storage ar~a.
