NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF R.4aMSE. Y, ANOK_~_ COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: .,ms permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.0.~.0~.A of the Ramsey CiU Code. The conditions of this pe~u'mk are as follows: !) The Interim Use P~,~:mit is valid until September 1,2006 x~ne existing access onto Hu?. l0 irom the Subject Propemy will be allowed to remain open through the duration of the Interim Use Perm/r. The Ci~ rese~wes the right to review the siraarion and order the cloSing of the access if in their jud~m-nent the access is posing a safety hazard or if the access is being used more frequently than expected. I~, is the intention of the Cip/ that once pe~anenr improvements are made ro the Subject Prope,wy that the eastern access to H,xT. 10 will be closed and access to the site will come from the existing Anoka Technical Colle~=~ parking lot. As parr of the access closure and permanent improvements, the Cie' will require a split-rail fence or similar mater~al be placed along the southern bounda~ to discourage direct access omo Hwy. 10. in addition, the Ci~ will require similar fencing or the insratiation of curb and g-after as parr of the permanent improvements along the western edge of the property to discourage trespassing onto the abu'aing lot's access to the west. 3) )my incidents on the subject prope~w.' that wi]] need public safeV se~wices (police and fire) will need to be routed to the City of Ramsey Police and Fire Depa~ments. A si×-foot hig5 screenino_ ba~her must be constracted on ail four sides of the storage area. The fence desi~ and marefiai are subject ro approval by the Cie' of Ramsey. 51) No more than l0 vehicles wii] be allowed ~o be stored within the storage ar~a. No other equipment or material shall be stored in the outdoor storage area. 6') The existing pole building ma>, be used for storage as long as the building maintains compliance with the stare building and ilre codes. 7) Prior to an5, alterations to the existing masonry..' building, all necessa~ buildin~ permits will need to be applied ~br and approved by the City.
