ADOPT ORDINANCE TO RE,Z, ONE THE HOLASEK/HAMILTON PARCEL <br />SOUTH OF RIVERDALE DRIVE N.W. FROM <br /> B-3 HIGHWAY BUSINESS TO R-1 RESIDENTIAL <br /> By: Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />On July 22, 2003, the City Council introduced an ordinance to rezone the Hamilton/Holasek <br />parcel south of Riverdale, west of Sunfish Lake Blvd. from B-3 Highway Business to R-1 <br />Residential, in accordance with the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />On August 12, City Staff presented the ordinance for adoption.. City Council tabled action on the <br />ordinance until the August 26 Council meeting to allow the property owners more time to meet <br />with Councilmembers regarding the future land use of this property. <br /> <br />Recommendations: <br /> <br />In accordance with Council's direction,' the ordinance is being presented for consideration.
