AND REQUES,'[', FOR COMPREHENS1Vr'E <br /> PLAN AMENDMENT <br /> <br />TO THE CITY OF RAMSEY CITY COUNCIL: <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN' <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT: <br /> <br />We, the undersigned, petition the City of Ramsey City Council (and the City of Ramsey Planing and <br />Zoning Commission) to amend the Comprehensive Plan To change the land use designation in the <br />comprehensive Plan from "Places to Work" to "Single Family" for the lots that are on the North side of <br />Rivtyn Avenue Northwest. <br /> <br />II.
