CASE # <br /> <br />RECEIVE QUOTES FOR THE GRADING OF SUNFISH LAKE BUSINESS PARK <br />By: Brian E. Olson, Assistant Director of Public Works / Principal City Engineer <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The construction of Azurite Street NW and the development of Sunfish Lake Business Park was <br />a project that created commercial lots and was financed with the use of T~' funds. Throughout <br />the negotiations with potential developments within the business park the need to create a <br />regional pond that wasn't anticipated became evident. <br /> <br />Attached to this case is map that describes the work that will be done as well as an Engineer s <br />Estimate for the work that will be done. <br /> <br />The City has requested that quotes be submitted for grading work and storm sewer re-routing to <br />acconm~odate the resubdivision of the business park.
