ADOPT ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF THE <br />LOT 3, BLOCK t, SUNFISH CAKE BUSINESS P~d~K SECONnD ADDITION, <br /> ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> By; William K. Sullivan, Economic Development / TIF Specialist <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The City has entered into a TIF agreement with Cabinetry Concepts, Inc. a Minnesota <br />Corporation. As a part of the transaction, the City is to convey title to LOT 3, BLOCK 1, <br />SUNFISH LAKE BUSINESS PARK SECOND ADDITION to Cabinetry Concepts. On August <br />12, 2003, the City Council introduced an ordinance to authorize the sale. That ordinance is now <br />being presented for formal adoption. <br /> <br />A resolution is also necessary to complete the sale of tt~is property. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staffrecommends adoption of the proposed sale ordinance and the sale resolution. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 03- authorizing the sale of the LOT 3, BLOCK 1, SUNFISH <br />LAKE BUSINESS PARK SECOND ADDITION, Anoka Count),, Minnesota. <br /> <br />- and - <br /> <br />Motion to adopt Resolution #03-08-XXX authorizing the sale of Lot 3, Block 1, SUNFISH LAKE <br />BUSINESS PARK SECOND ADDITION. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br />City Engineer <br /> <br />CC: 08/26/03 <br /> <br />-281- <br /> <br /> <br />
