Council member <br />and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the <br /> <br />.RESOLUTION NO. 03-08- <br /> <br />following resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF LOT 3, BLOCK 1, SUNFISH LA_KB <br />BUSINESS PARK SECOND ADDITION. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council approved a Tax Increment Financing Agreement (the "TIF <br />Ageement") with Cabinetry Concepts, Inc., a Minnesota Corporation (the "Corporation',). <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the TIF Agreement requires conveyance of Lot 3, Block 1, SUNFISH LAKE <br />BUSINESS PARK SECOND ADDITION, to the Corporation. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of P-.amsey, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That Lot 3, Block 1, SUNFISH LAKE BUSINESS PARK SECOND ADDITION, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, may be sold pursuant to the terms and conditions of the TIF between <br />the City and Cabinetry Concepts, Inc.. <br /> <br />2) That the City's Mayor and City Administrator are authorized to execute the necessary <br /> documents to convey said title. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilm~mber _ <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against thC same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />the <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />-283- <br /> <br /> <br />
