SECTION 2. SUMMARY <br /> <br />The following official summary of Ordinance #03-__ has been approved by the City <br />Council of the Ci~ of Ramsey as clearly informhng the. public of the intent and effect of <br />the Ordinance. <br /> <br />It is the intent and effect of Ordinance #03-__ to amend kamsey City Code Chapter 9 <br />(Zoning and Subdivision of Land), Subsection 9.50 (Solid Waste) to eliminate the five <br />(5) year term limit on conditional use permits issued for solid waste processing facilities <br />and establish minimums standards for mixed solid waste and recycling transfer facilities. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
