The angle formed ~by the intersection of streets shall not be less than 75 <br />degrees, with 90-de~ee intersections preferred as measured 100 feet from <br />the intersection. Intersections of more than four comers are prohibited. <br /> <br />mo <br /> <br />A tangent of at least 100 feet in len~h shall be introduced between reverse <br />curves on thoroughfare and collector streets and a tangent of at least 50 feet <br />in tenth shall be introduced between reverse curves on all other streets, <br />unless otherwise approved by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />Roadways of street intersections shall be rounded by a radius ¢_ 9.50.30 <br />than 20 feet for suburban type streets and 30 feet for rural type streets. <br />Roadways of alley-street intersections shall be rounded by a radius of not <br />less than ten feet. <br /> <br />Subd. 4. <br /> <br />Public Utilities <br /> <br />Sanitary sewers and water facilities shall be installed in accordance with the <br />standards and specifications as required by the Council and subject to the <br />approval of the City Engineer. <br /> <br />The use of individual water and sewer systems in accordance with all <br />appropriate State and local regulations. <br /> <br />C° <br /> <br />In an area not having municipal storm sewer trunk, the subdivider shall be <br />responsible, before subdividing, to provide for a storm water disposal plan <br />in accordance with the City's Comprehensive Drainage Plan without damage <br />to properties outside the platted area and said storm water disposal plan shall <br />be submitted to the City Engineer, who shall report to the Council on the <br />feasibility of the plan presented, No plat shall be approved before an <br />adequate storm water disposal plan is presented and approved' by the City <br />Engineer and Council. The use of dry wells for the purpose of storm water <br />disposal is prohibited, tn areas where an outlet for storm water does not <br />exist and the Subdivider is unable to negotiate a drainage way with adjacent <br />land owners, the subdivider may petition the City to construct a drainage <br />outlet. <br /> <br />Subd. 5. <br /> <br />Private Utilities <br /> <br />In all subdivisions, all telephone, electr/c and gas service lines shall be <br />placed underground within dedicated public ways or recorded easements in <br />such manner as not to conflict with other underground sen, ices. All <br />underground installation of service lines witlzin street right-of-wa: <br />completed in a manner which will not disturb street surfacing. <br /> <br />Subd. 6.
