The angle formed ~by the intersection of streets shall not be less than 75 <br />degrees, with 90-de~ee intersections preferred as measured 100 feet from <br />the intersection. The use of dry wells for the purpose of storm water <br />disposal is prohibited, tn areas where an outlet for storm water does not <br />exist and the Subdivider is unable to negotiate a drainage way with adjacent <br />land owners, the subdivider may petition the City to construct a drainage <br />outlet. <br /> <br />Subd. 5. <br /> <br />Private Utilities <br /> <br />In all subdivisions, all telephone, electr/c and gas service lines shall be <br />placed underground within dedicated public ways or recorded easements in <br />such manner as not to conflict with other underground sen, ices.
