SECTION 3. SUMMARY <br /> <br />The following official summary of Ordinance #03-__ has been approved by the City Council of <br />the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. <br /> <br />It is the intent and effect of Ordinance #03-__ to amend Ramsey City Code Chapter 9 (Zoning <br />And Subdivision of Land), to repeal and replace the current Section 9.50 (Subdivision) for the <br />purpose of implementing the 2001 City of Ramsey Comprehensive Plan, amendment 2002. <br /> <br />SECTION 4.
