Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />· RESQ~LUTION #03-08-X~X <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION OF PLANS .42qD <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR AZURITE/BASALT REDEVELOPMENT; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a motion of the Ramsey Public Works Committee, on May 20, <br />2003 recommending City Council authorize Staff to hire Hakanson and Anderson to begin the <br />surveying and preliminary design for an amount not to exceed $20,000 to facilitate the timeline <br />of construction for this year. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council ratified the recommendation of the Public Works <br />Committee on May 27, 2003 to hire Hakanson and Anderson for an amount not to exceed <br />$20,000. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLYED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />l) <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council hereby authorizes the preparation of plans and specifications for <br />the additional street and u~ility work along Azurite Street NW, 141st Avenue NW and Basalt <br />Street NW.; and <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against th~' same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 26th day of August, 2003. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 03-08-XXX <br /> Page 1 of I <br /> <br />-85- <br /> <br /> <br />
