Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03-08-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTON AUTHORIZING .4J)VERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR PROJECT #03-27, <br />AZURITE/BASALT REDEVELOPMENT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this project would provide sewer, water and strom sewer to over 17 acres of <br />commercial and industrial property, identified as the Gateway North Industrial'Park property; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council has directed the preparation of plans and <br />specifications by resolution #03-08-XXX <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That such publishing of the advertisement for bid for #03-27 Azurite/Basalt Street <br /> Redevelopemnt is hereby approved. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by .__ <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />., and upon <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 26th day of August 2003. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03-03-XXX <br /> Page 1 of 1 <br /> <br />-87- <br /> <br /> <br />
