Hendricks, Management Intern <br /> <br /> <br />" <br />---- <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />In preparation for this year's annual Holiday Party, staff has been considering the idea of <br />combining this annual party with the Community Volunteer Appreciation Dinner. <br /> <br />The idea of a dinner theater theme for the party has also been considered. Staff has been in <br />contact with Phil Bologna ofthe Ramsey Community Theater. The Ramsey Community Theater <br />has agreed to put on an exclusive preview of their upcoming production for City staff at the <br />Ramsey Fountains. The proposed date for this production is Friday, December 4th, the day <br />before the community theater's regular run begins. <br /> <br />Staff has also been in contact with Well's Catering to provide catering and facility rental at the <br />Fountains. A complete copy of the quote is attached. <br /> <br />Last year 105 staff members and guests attended the holiday party. It is estimated that by <br />including the Commissions in the event, attendance would be approximately 175 people. <br /> <br />The costs associated with the event are as follows: <br />· Ramsey Community Theater Performance <br />· Facility Rental and buffet style catering <br /> <br />$1,000.00 <br />$6.156.00 <br />Total $7,6156.00 <br /> <br />Action Statement: <br />Based Upon Discussion <br /> <br />Reviewed by: . .
