<br />Case #6: <br /> <br />Adopt Resolution #09-10-XXX Authorizing a Request for Proposals for <br />Building Inspections <br /> <br />Councilmember McGlone asked if the City was making a requirement under item no. 2. <br /> <br />Deputy City Administrator Nelson responded she had not received a clear direction regarding <br />this issue, but staff was estimating it would take 15-19 hours of inspection time per week. <br /> <br />Councilmember McGlone stated he was opposed to window permit installation and he was <br />asking for additional clarification. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich responded staff was looking into this. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember McGlone, seconded by Councilmember Wise, to adopt Resolution <br />#09-10-246 Authorizing a Request for Proposals for Building Inspections Services. <br /> <br />Motion carried. V oting Yes: Mayor Ramsey, Councilmembers McGlone, Wise, Elvig, and <br />Look. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmembers Dehen and Jeffrey. <br /> <br />MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT <br /> <br />1) RTC Steering Committee Update <br /> <br />Deputy City Administrator Nelson updated Council on the RTC Steering Committee. <br /> <br />2) November 3 City Council Work Session <br /> <br />Mayor Ramsey stated there would be no Council Work Session on November 3 due to the Anoka <br />Hennepin School District Election. <br /> <br />3) School District #11 Election <br /> <br />Mayor Ramsey noted Anoka School District #11 would be holding an election on November 3 to <br />vote on renewing a levy that was expiring. <br /> <br />4) Soccer Update <br /> <br />Councilmember McGlone updated the Council on soccer events throughout the City. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember McGlone, seconded by Councilmember Wise, to adjourn the <br />meeting. <br /> <br />City Council- October 13, 2009 <br />Page 70f8 <br />
