<br />Church Street Plaza, <br />Evanston, IL <br /> <br />On behalf of Arthur Hill & Co., LLC, Greeby provided comprehensive, on-site project <br />management and tenant coordination services for the development of a S94-million, <br />180,000-sq, ft. two-story retail center in the heart of downtown Evanston, IL, The <br />project included the construction of a 3,400-seat, 70,000-sq, ft. movie theater; <br />1, 165-car decked parking structure; 180-room hotel; and a 26-story residential <br />tower comprised of 260 units. Greeby's services included but were not limited to <br />the review of executed leases and coordination of landlord deliverables and time <br />frame; coordination of tenant construction documents for receipt of building permits, <br />store construction, and store opening; review of construction exhibits; change order <br />management; and project close-out materials, Adjacent to the northern commuter <br />rail line train station and existing bus network of this vibrant college town, the project <br />linked two existing but isolated business areas within the City, The complexity on all <br />development levels of this urban-core project have led to its continued success within <br />the community, <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />-~ <br /> <br /> <br />9 <br />
