<br />Church Street Plaza, <br />Evanston, IL <br /> <br />On behalf of Arthur Hill & Co., LLC, Greeby provided comprehensive, on-site project <br />management and tenant coordination services for the development of a S94-million, <br />180,000-sq, ft. two-story retail center in the heart of downtown Evanston, IL, The <br />project included the construction of a 3,400-seat, 70,000-sq, ft. movie theater; <br />1, 165-car decked parking structure; 180-room hotel; and a 26-story residential <br />tower comprised of 260 units.
