<br />Bridgewater Falls, <br />Fairfield Township, OH <br /> <br />The unique design of <br />Bridgewater Falls' waterfall <br />features - located in the <br />two, flanking entry ponds <br />as they cross the entrance <br />'bridge' - are designed to <br />appear as a suspension <br />bridge, These features <br />create a unique entry to <br />Bridgewater Falls and set <br />the tone for the entire <br />development <br /> <br />Engineering challenges <br />included 70-foot elevation <br />difference across the <br />site and design of dual <br />stormwater ponds which <br />were incorporated into <br />aesthetic features <br /> <br />Landform provided <br />development management <br />services on this project <br /> <br />This is a 75-acre power center that was completed in 2007 with roughly 630,000 <br />square feet of retail development in an emerging community along a significant <br />highway corridor, This project included extensive tenant representation efforts, <br />major anchor approval processes, and an intricately detailed phased approach to <br />development with several phases interacting with operating retail components, The <br />project included a significant engineered water feature and a major stormwater <br />redesign to accommodate development on the site, <br /> <br /> <br />11 <br />
