Tr~A.NT 1:0oRDI~A.nO~ <br /> <br />Special Qualifications: <br /> <br />Michael Greeby has been involved in the <br />design and construction industry for nearly <br />15 years, having gained experience working <br />for developers, engineering design <br />consultants, and general contractors. A <br />Construction Manager for The Taubman <br />Company and General Growth Properties, <br />Michael managed the renovation and <br />expansion of two regional shopping centers <br />and the new construction of a third. He was <br />responsible for awarding subcontracts and <br />tracking project budgets, processing draw <br />requests and change orders, and <br />coordinating all construction activities with <br />mall anchor store construction, tenant <br />build-out, out-parcel construction and <br />center management. <br /> <br />Prior to joining General Growth, Michael <br />worked as Staff Engineer for a Chicago-based <br />civil engineering firm, assisting in the <br />design of water transport systems, roadway <br />infrastructure, and wetland preservation and <br />restoration. In addition, Michael worked for <br />a large national general contractor on <br />several projects assisting the project <br />management team in both the office and <br />the field. <br /> <br />As Executive Vice President at Greeby, <br />Michael is responsible for representing <br />owners on commercial development and <br />construction projects throughout the <br />country. In addition, his responsibilities at <br />Greeby include company administration and <br />new business development. <br /> <br />MICHAEL T.
