<br />BURNSVILLE, MN <br /> <br />Heart of the City <br /> <br />This bold departure from suburban development patterns builds upon neo- <br />traditional principles to transform a tired commercial strip into the 200-acre <br />Heart of the City town center. Bonestroo (then as DSU) led a project team <br />to prepare a plan that illustrated community vision and market <br />opportunities.
