Act as liaison between City representatives, property owners and <br />prospective developers. <br /> <br />. Assist in negotiation of Letters ofIntent, Pre-Development and <br />Development Agreements, and any Public Finance Agreements. <br /> <br />Public Financing <br /> <br />. Research grants and other identify other sources of funding for the <br />planning and implementation phases of the overall site development. <br /> <br />. Work with city staff in drafting applications for financial assistance to <br />State, Federal and other grant agencies. <br /> <br />. Advise and prepare financial models for economic development projects <br />including redevelopment, mixed use and industrial parks. <br /> <br />.
