Coordinates <br />surveying, title work, geoteclmical engineering, preliminary engineering, landscape <br />architecture and other pre-development activities. All projects were public parks and/or trails with <br />budgets form $500,000 to $10,000,000. Clients included the State of Washington, City of <br />Seattle, King County Parks and Recreation, City of Lake Oswego, Oregon, Snohomish County <br />Parks and Recreation and City of Phoenix. <br /> <br />CURRENT RELEVANT EXPERIENCE <br /> <br />Railroad Island Housing, St. Paul, MN consultant to the developers of a 150 unit, for-sale, <br />mixed income housing project on the east side of St. Paul, about Yz mile from the Capital. <br /> <br />Heritage Park Housing, Minneapolis, MN Consultant to the developers of a 170 unit, for-sale, <br />mixed income housing project in NOlth Minneapolis. Responsible for master plamling layout <br />of the new housing and for engineering plans for $2 M in soil correct work, as well as for <br />platting and other development approvals required for the for-sale pOltion of the project. The <br />housing and site development budget for Phase 1 & 2 is approximately $42,000,000. <br />
