Michael <br />Schroeder, working as part of a multi- <br />disciplined team, initiated the <br />development of goals and strategic <br />plans to guide the activities of the city's <br />downtown revitalization program. <br /> <br />Over the course of a one-week on- <br />site work session, the team facilitated a <br />series of community forums, <br />conducted stakeholder interviews and <br />focus groups, and performed a <br />condition assessment of downtown's <br />physical conditions.
